It's always fun to stop by Black Pond. Black Pond gets a common amount of annual rainfall; all through May this area sees the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. That right there is a lot already, but it keeps on going; Black Pond has it all. Lakes are great; Middletown Reservoir is a lake that's in the vicinity of Black Pond, and do take a hike on the Beech Ridge Trail. There's so much to do here at Black Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Cedarbrook Campground is a wonderful location for that; you can have a good hiking adventure along the Heron Run Trail.
