Lakes are fine; New Concord Village Reservoir is a lake that's near Bakers Pond. Bakers Pond gets a normal amount of yearly precipitation; July is when you get the most rain here, and the driest of the months is February. This lake is so wonderful. Not far from Bakers Pond, you'll come across C M Luburgh Estate Pond Number 9717 which is a pretty lake, and if you come at the right       time of year, Wakatomica Creek offers some wonderful whitewater. All through the summertime months, highs mostly are in the 80's at Bakers Pond. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 60's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 30's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Bakers Pond drop into the 10's. And that's not all you can do here at Bakers Pond. Blue Rock State Park is a splendid campground nearby, and Americas                  Best Value Inn - Zanesville is a great place to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful.
