A visit to Arrowhead Lake is always a good idea. Playing golf is lots of fun at Stonelick Hills Golf Course, and naturally, this is a great neighborhood for people who like lakes, Cincinnati Nature Center Lake is a lake in the neighborhood. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this site. A perfect site to camp here at Arrowhead Lake is Miami Trails Hoa, and if you don't mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Backbone Creek. This lake is so wonderful.

| | Have a great hiking adventure along the Lakeview Trail; why not camp at Clear Water Air Park while you're here at Arrowhead Lake. Nearby lakes? Sure, Hamilton County Anglers Club Lake is next to Arrowhead Lake, and Horner Run has a brilliant whitewater paddling spot close by. This lake is so wonderful. Horner Run
 | Horner is a great run with 3 major drops from 6 feet to 10-11 feet, the only problem is the take out. First you could carry the mile and a half out a trail on river left, or go under interstate 275 through a 100 yard long tunnel scout the tunnel first for strainers, third you could walk several hundred yards up to 275 and get out on the interstate shoulder. With all this in mind you might as well say forget Horner and head for Halls creek or Hershel run. Both have way easier put-in's and take out's... |
