Armco Pond is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. A round of golf at nearby Buckeye Hills Country Club is a perfect way to kill some time, and if the weather is good, you can go for a hike along the Paw Paw Trail. This lake is so wonderful. From a precipitation point of view Armco Pond is a rather common place; May is the wettest month with most rain, and January is the month with the least moisture.

at Shady Trails Campground, and after a long day outdoors Hillsboro Days Inn is a brilliant location to spend a night or two. There's whitewater on Rattlesnake Creek for all you adrenaline rush seekers, and if you need a location to stay Baymont Inn and Suites Washington Court House is a delightful choice.
