Blue and green trails make up 70% of the trails at Clear Fork, and tough ones make up 30%. There is a total of 60 acres of skiing land; Clear Fork is a good site to ski. Our community has 3 beaches, 2 club houses, indoor pool, outdoor pool, tennis courts, fitness room & public golf course. Our lake averages 30ft in depth. Most of the lakes in this area average only 5-10ft! Our lake was man made for recreational use! It was made for you and I, not for flood control or for water use. We are dam contolled and stay full throughout the summer. We also have a full service marina with gas pumps!! Some lakes do not have a gas pumps and you have to haul your own gas!! The newer downtown has a Walmart, Penny's, KMart, Peebles, Movie theater, gorcery and plenty of restaurants. Within a mile of Apple Valley is the beautiful Kokosing Gap Trail.
