From a rainfall point of view Amann Reservoir is a reasonably normal place; through the month of July you get the most rain around here; February is       the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. Valley View Golf Course is a fine golf course close by, and if you came for an overnight stay Dogwood Valley Camp is a great place to camp. So many fun things to do at Amann Reservoir, so little time. Through the summertime at Amann Reservoir highs are usually in the 80's while nighttime lows are mostly in the 60's. During the wintertime highs are regularly in the 30's, and after the sun is down                  all through the winter temperatures at Amann Reservoir drop into the 10's.
