Holiday Inn JOHNSTOWN-GLOVERSVILLE is a glorious site to get some rest, and whitewater paddling is great on East Stony Creek. But wait, there's more amusing things to do in the Adirondack Mountains. Stay the night at Ranch Side Park, and Gifford Valley is in close proximity, and is a pleasant location. Woodward Lake is a relatively wet place usually with a large amount of rain; most of the rain falls       throughout November while February is typically the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Prospect Hill is gorgeous and can be distinguished from Woodward Lake, and Rainbows End is a brilliant campground nearby. Get covered with water paddling on West Stony Creek, and if you need a place to stay Americas Best Value Inn Amsterdam is a splendid choice. Woodward Lake really is in the middle of a wonderful outdoors paradise. Some of the water close by flows,                  like East Stony Creek, and the Oregon Trail is a good hiking trail close by. At Woodward Lake during the summertime highs are in the 80's. During the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 50's. High temperatures all through the wintertime are normally in the 20's, and overnight lows at Woodward Lake all through the winter usually sink into the 0's. Woodward Lake is located in the Adirondack Mountains. Sacandaga Golf Club is a golf course right next door to Woodward Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Sacandaga Park Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could stop at, and there are plenty of folks from Gloversville here at Woodward Lake.
