Hiking along the Steam Mill Trail is wonderful fun; after a long day outdoors The Lodge at Woodloch is a delightful place to spend a night or two. Through the long summer days highs here at Wolf Pond reach the 70's. Summer night lows dip down to the 50's. Throughout the winter       highs are in the 30's, and night lows during the wintertime for Wolf Pond tend to be in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Kittatiny Campgrounds; Tanglwood has good slopes and a friendly staff. Going for a hike along the Bald Hill Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region; you can hit the slopes at Holiday Mountain in close proximity. There are some great whitewater spots on Shohola Creek, and a swamp like Deep                  Hollow Swamp near Wolf Pond has lots of interesting things to see. This lake is so wonderful. Wolf Pond is not the only site nearby, Tusten Mountain Lake is a nearby lake, and if you need a place to stay Villa Roma Resort Lodges is a glorious choice. There's just no way anyone can get bored here at Wolf Pond. Visit Beaver Brook if you're here at Wolf Pond, and why not camp at Camp Tel Yehuda if you're here at Wolf Pond. Be careful coming to Wolf Pond, you might not ever wanna go back home again. Take a hike on the Schiff Trail, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Lackawaxen River.
