Wilmurt Lake is not the only location close by, Snag Lake is a close by lake. Wilmurt Lake is a beautiful lake in the Adirondack Mountains. Yeah, come here to Wilmurt Lake for a tremendous time. Take a little visit to Wilmurt Lake Outlet while you're here at Wilmurt Lake; you can stay the night at Pine Lake Campground and RV Park. Wilmurt Lake is a reasonably wet place usually with a great deal of precipitation; the month with       most of the rain is August, and February is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. Get your heart pumping on the glorious whitewater of West Canada Creek, and you can go for a hike on the Twin Lakes Trail. Looking for something next to Wilmurt Lake? The Floe is nearby, and you acquire a pleasant panorama of Round Top from here. And if that's not sufficient there's lots more exciting stuff to do in the Adirondack Mountains. Good hiking is                  available along the Party Trail, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend West Canada Creek - South Branch. Through the summertime months highs here at Wilmurt Lake reach the 70's. Summer nighttime lows descend down to the 50's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 20's, and throughout the dark hours in the winter at Wilmurt Lake temperatures plunge to the 0's. Just can't get enough of the Adirondack Mountains. There are swamps here too; Big Rock Vly is in the vicinity, and there are great spots to explore along the California Trail.
