At Washbowl you can spot Panther Mountain, and why not camp at OLD Forge Camping Resort if you're here at Washbowl. This lake is located in the wonderful Adirondack Mountains. In the event that you don't mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Oswegatchie River - East Branch, and since you're here you can take a hike along the The Loop. Washbowl is a good place of common rainfall; August is the wettest month       with most rain, and February is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Little Shallow is a magnificent lake right next door to Washbowl, and you can have a good hiking adventure along the Post Henderson Trail. There's no way anybody can get bored here in the Adirondack Mountains. Very lovely scenery and perfect skiing is what you get at McCauley Mountain, and do take a hike on the Salmon Lake Trail. Yep, outdoors enjoyable stuff truly is plentiful                  here in the Adirondack Mountains. Camping is available at Robinson's Iga, and unsurprisingly Buck Brook is a charming stream that is worth going to. There are other locations here than Washbowl, for example Big Shallow; there are plenty of folks from Ogdensburg-Massena here at Washbowl.
