This lake is one of the great places here in the Catskill Mountains. From a precipitation point of view Warner Lake is a relatively typical site; June is the month that gets the most rain, and February is when it's the driest. Whohoo, so much enjoyable stuff in one place! Warner Lake is so good! You could also stop by Altamont Reservoir while you're here at Warner Lake; it's nearby, and paddling on Basic       Creek is so much fun. You just must go for the Catskill Mountains. If you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Orchard Creek Golf Club is in the neighborhood, and if you came to camp Thompson's Lake State Park is a pleasant location to do that. There's so much to do here at Warner Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Woodstock Lake Assn-office is a great location for that; a lake close by is Thompsons Lake. These mountains rock, just explore                  all the cool things to do in the Catskill Mountains. Lots of folks from Albany-Schenectady-Troy come to Warner Lake, and everyone nearby loves skiing at Hickory Ski Center. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. The warmest time of the year at Warner Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 50's.
