The beauty of Warner Lake is reason enough to stop by. This lake is one of the great places here in the Catskill Mountains. From a precipitation point of view Warner Lake is a relatively typical site; June is the month that gets the most rain, and February is when it's the driest. If you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Orchard Creek Golf Club is in the neighborhood, and if you came to camp Thompson's Lake State Park is a pleasant location to do that. There's so much to do here at Warner Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Woodstock Lake Assn-office is a great location for that; a lake close by is Thompsons Lake. all the cool things to do in the Catskill Mountains. Lots of folks from Albany-Schenectady-Troy come to Warner Lake, and everyone nearby loves skiing at Hickory Ski Center. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful.
The peak of Cole Hill can be spotted from Warner Lake; after a long day outdoors SUPER 8 MOTEL - SCHENECTADY/ALBANY AREA is a great spot to spend a night or two. The warmest time of the year at Warner Lake comes with high temperatures
in the 80's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's, and night lows in the 0's for Warner Lake. Whitewater paddling is pleasant on Ten Mile Creek; if you need a place to stay Stardust Motor Inn is a great choice.
