At The Vly through the summer months highs are in the 70's. Summer overnight lows fall down to the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 20's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at The Vly temperatures plunge to the 0's. From a rain point of view The Vly is a reasonably typical spot; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest of the months is February. Camping at The Vly is tremendous       fun, Smoke Rise Campsites is a tremendous local campground, and the snow is glorious at Gore Mountain. So much exciting stuff to do here in the Adirondack Mountains, too great to be true. Any time is a glorious time at The Vly if you fancy the outdoors. Hiking along the Oregon Trail is brilliant fun, unsurprisingly you could also have a look at Botheration Pond if you're here; it's not far at all. Man, is there plenty of exciting things to do in the Adirondack                  Mountains. Get your heart pumping on the glorious whitewater of Thirteenth Brook, and a nice nearby hotel is Lake George/Warrensburg Super 8 Motel. This lake is one of the great places here in the Adirondack Mountains. Halfway Brook is a charming stream that is worth visiting, and from The Vly you get a glorious view of Balm of Gilead Mountain. This lake is so wonderful.
