Vandenburgh Pond is a nice lake to visit. If you came for an overnight stay David S Van Santen Day Camp is a glorious place to camp, and Vandenburgh Pond is a site with many visitors from Gloversville. This lake is one of the great places here in the Adirondack Mountains. This site, the Adirondack Mountains, has so much outdoors entertaining stuff. During the summer at Vandenburgh Pond temperatures are frequently in the 80's, and the overnight is quite chillier of course, typically in the 50's.
