What a nice lake Lake Vanare is. During your journey to Lake Vanare you'll meet some people from Glens Falls for sure; from Lake Vanare you obtain a pleasant view of Beech Mountain. Lake Vanare gets a typical amount of yearly precipitation; the month with most of the rain is August, and January meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Getting to Berry Pond Brook from Lake Vanare is simple. Summer at Lake Vanare comes with high temperatures in the 70's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's with temperatures at Lake Vanare dipping down into the 0's during winter nights. The Adirondack Mountains scenery is always beautiful.

After a long day outdoors Lake View Hotel and Conference Center is a wonderful location to spend a night or two. There's so much to do here at Lake Vanare that you need to camp here for a while, Mt Kenyon Camp Ground is a glorious
spot for that. You completely have to have a thing about Lake Vanare. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Lake Vanare has to offer, you can camp at Down Hill Campground; dry warm beds await you at Lake George Hotel.
Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Adirondack Mountains. There are some pleasant whitewater spots on Sacandaga River, and an afternoon playing golf at Bend of the River Golf Club is always a diversion.
A wonderful lake like Lake Forest near Lake Vanare is a great place to check out; the skiing at West Mountain is splendid.
