Camping is available at Sebago Cabins Harriman, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Upper Twin Lake; Ramapo-Dunderberg Trail is a great local trail. The slopes of Mt. Peter are so inviting noone can resist; if you're looking for a beach nearby we recommend New Sebago Beach. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Beaver Pond is always a wonderful experience, and if you need a place to stay Hampton Inn Harriman Woodbury is a tremendous choice. High temperatures

The winter brings highs down to the 30's, and during the dark hours in the winter at Upper Twin Lake temperatures fall to the 10's. spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Central Valley Golf Club. Sterling Forest is a brilliant local ski area, and a tremendous site for whitewater paddling is Moodna Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Why not
take a refreshing hike along the Breakneck Ridge Trail; dry warm beds await you at Americas Best Value Inn/Central Valley. Lower Twin Lake is a pleasant lake near Upper Twin Lake; it's a splendid idea to have a look at Lewis Brook.
Get your heart beating on the fine whitewater of Popolopen Creek, and a lovely lake like Lake Te-Ata is a perfect spot to go to.
