Throughout the warmest time of the year at Twin Ponds temperatures are typically in the 70's with night lows in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Twin Ponds temperatures descend to the 0's. A delightful site to camp here at Twin Ponds is Legton; a splendid close by hotel is Econo Lodge Malone. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Deer River, and       while you're here, you could also pop by pretty Lake Duane. All the outdoors entertaining things near Twin Ponds will keep you coming back many times. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Titus Mountain is next to Twin Ponds, and Twin Ponds is tremendous enough to spend more than a day at, Deer River Campsites is a tremendous local campground. This lake is so wonderful. If you come at the right time of year, Meacham Lake Outlet offers some great whitewater,                  and Super 8 Motel - Malone is a perfect spot to get some rest. Twin Ponds gets a common amount of annual precipitation; most of the rain falls all through August, and the driest month is January. This lake is so wonderful. You'll meet a lot of folks from Malone here, and do stop at Big Duck Pond, it's a gorgeous lake.
