This lake is so wonderful. The Post Henderson Trail is a nice hiking trail near Twin Lakes, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Little River. A glorious close by hotel is Best Western University Inn, and you'll discover a picturesque lake called Bundy Pond. Twin Lakes gets a typical amount of yearly rain; throughout August this area sees the most rain while February is commonly the driest month. This lake is       one of the great places here in the Adirondack Mountains. And that's not everything you can do here in the Adirondack Mountains. If you come at the right time of year, Oswegatchie River - East Branch offers some good whitewater, and there are plenty of people from Ogdensburg-Massena here at Twin Lakes. You truly should love Twin Lakes. If you're here at Twin Lakes, you could explore Alice Brook, and Robinson's Iga is a magnificent local campground. Just can't                  get enough of the Adirondack Mountains. There is a splendid hiking trail close to Twin Lakes called the Salmon Lake Trail, and do stop at Star Lake, it's a beautiful lake. All through the summer months at Twin Lakes highs are usually in the 70's. Through the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 50's. Highs during the wintertime are ordinarily in the 20's, and nighttime lows throughout the wintertime for Twin Lakes tend to be in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. Sayles John M Memorial Golf Course is a golf course in the neighborhood of Twin Lakes; Higley Flow State Park is a good campground nearby.
