Don't try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a perfect time here at Trout Pond. Stay the night at Singing waters Campground, and a lake nearby is Big Burnt Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Gun Harbor is in the vicinity of Trout Pond and is a great location to go to. On a glorious day at Trout Pond you can take a hike along the Salmon Lake Trail, and why not a little side spree to Gun Harbor Brook. This lake is so       wonderful. Get your heart pumping on the glorious whitewater of Oswegatchie River - East Branch, and the cheerful people of Ogdensburg-Massena like to hang out nearby. Trout Pond is a wet spot that gets a large amount of rain; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest of the months is February. Trout Pond is a beautiful lake in the Adirondack Mountains. All year is a great time in the Adirondack Mountains if you have a thing                  about the outdoors. You can run the rapids of Beaver River in the vicinity of Trout Pond, and close by you locate the Big Deer Pond Trail which is a wonderful hiking trail. The Norridge Trail is a wonderful hiking trail next to Trout Pond; after a long day outdoors Best Western Sunset Inn is a perfect site to spend a night or two. During the warmest time of the year highs here at Trout Pond reach the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 50's. Through the winter this place gets highs in the 20's; overnight lows in the 0's for Trout Pond. Life's too short to enjoy all the amusing things in the Adirondack Mountains.
