At Tripp Pond you always meet someone from Glens Falls, and if the weather is great, you can go for a hike along the Pharoah Mountain Trail. There are other places here than Tripp Pond, for example Penny Pond, and why not take a little journey to Cataract Brook if you're here. Man, is there loads of exciting stuff to do in the Adirondack Mountains. Going for a hike along       the Spectacle Pond Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood; if you came to camp Forest Lake Camp is a delightful location to do that. This lake is so wonderful. On a great day at Tripp Pond you can take a hike along the Long Swing Trail, and you can never get enough of the tremendous skiing at Gore Mountain. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Blue Lagoon on Lake Georg is a good choice; drift down the rapids of                  Schroon River in a kayak. And that's not all you can do here at Tripp Pond. Really good skiing awaits you at West Mountain, and not far from Tripp Pond you'll stumble on Meade Pond which is a charming lake. At Tripp Pond throughout the summer highs are in the 70's. Summer nighttime lows fall down to the 50's. Highs during the winter are ordinarily in the 20's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Tripp Pond descend into the 0's. From a precipitation point of view Tripp Pond is a quite common place; the wettest month of the year is mostly August, that's the one that rains the most while February is regularly the driest month. Dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Motel - Lake George/Warrensburg Area, and the peak of Chase Mountain can be observed from Tripp Pond. Tripp Pond is wonderful enough to spend more than a day at, Schroon River Campsites is a wonderful local campground, and if you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Green Mansion Golf Course is in the vicinity. Tripp Pond is located in the Adirondack Mountains.
