Get your heart beating on the magnificent whitewater of Hoosic River, and you'll hit upon a pretty lake called Lansingburgh Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. Head up to Hickory Ski Center and strap some skis to your feet. For the duration of the months of summer at Tomhannock Reservoir       highs are regularly in the 80's. Summer overnight lows plunge down to the 50's. All through the wintertime the highs are usually in the 30's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Tomhannock Reservoir.
