There's great hiking along the Stillwell Lake Trail. Go for a hike on the Comfort Trail. There's so much to do here at Tomahawk Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Camp wabenaki is a glorious spot for that. If you come at the right time of year, Ramapo River offers some tremendous whitewater; do stop by Cromline Creek since you're here at Tomahawk Lake. High temperatures                  at Tomahawk Lake all through the months of summer are in the 80's. Summer overnight lows descend down to the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's while Tomahawk Lake overnight low temperatures through the winter are in the 10's. A round of golf at nearby Scott's Corners Golf Course is a good way to kill some time, and wonderful hiking is available along the Ramapo-Dunderberg Trail.
