From a rainfall point of view Lake Titus is a quite common spot; most of the rain falls during August, and January is when it's the driest. If you like swamps, you're in luck, Tamarack Swamp is right nearby, and the skiing at Mount Pisgah is wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. During the warm months, highs frequently are in the 70's at Lake Titus; the nighttime is a bit cooler of course, mostly in the 50's. Throughout       the winter highs are in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Lake Titus. Here at Lake Titus you can see Elephants Head; a splendid close by hotel is Super 8 Motel - Malone. This lake is so wonderful. A splendid spot to camp here at Lake Titus is Legton; for you golfers we recommend nearby Malone Golf Club. If only every place had this much outdoors fun stuff, what a great planet it would be. Camping at Deer River Campsites is always a good                  experience, and folks from Malone love to come here. A day on the slopes of Titus Mountain is just what you need, and after a long day outdoors Econo Lodge Malone is a delightful place to spend a night or two.
