So many fun things next to Timber Lake, absolutely striking. This is a popular spot for folks from Olean, and if the weather is fine, you can go for a hike along the Trail Number 4. If you need a place to stay The Inn at Holiday Valley is a delightful choice; on a good day you can take a hike along the Trail Number 9. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to explore everything       Timber Lake has to offer, you can camp at Elkdale RV Resort. This lake is so wonderful. There's whitewater on Cattaraugus Creek for all you adrenaline kick people; if you like skiing, you're in luck; Holiday Valley is rather near. You can observe Jackman Hill from Timber Lake, and since you're here you can take a hike along the Trail Number 5. Summer at Timber Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's while overnight lows are regularly in the 50's. The                  cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Timber Lake. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Cattaraugus Creek - South Branch, and a day on the slopes of Holimont is just what you need.
