A visit to Thurber Pond is always a good idea. This lake is located in the wonderful Adirondack Mountains. All through the warm months at Thurber Pond temperatures are generally in the 70's with nighttime lows in the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 20's; through the dark hours in the wintertime at Thurber Pond temperatures drop to the 0's. The Sagamore is a great place to get some rest. Dry warm beds await you at Blue Lagoon on Lake Georg, and there is a nice hiking trail close by called the Lost Pond Trail. Having a splendid time at Thurber Pond is painless. Near Thurber Pond you discover the Treadway Mountain Trail which is a great hiking trail, and lakes are such serene sites, why not go to Crossett Pond.

to spot from Thurber Pond, and the skiing at Willard Mountain is glorious. All year is a nice time in the Adirondack Mountains if you adore the outdoors. Here at Thurber Pond there are plenty of people from Glens Falls, and camping
at Thurber Pond is great fun, Mohawk Campground is a great local campground. This lake is so wonderful. If you're a golfer then a pleasant nearby course is Top of the World Golf Course, and get wet paddling on Hudson River.
Life's
too short to enjoy all the entertaining things in the Adirondack Mountains. Thurber Pond is a magnificent location to camp, Scenic View Campground is a magnificent location, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Schroon River. The
amount of rainfall that falls at Thurber Pond is close to the national average; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily August, that's the one that rains the most while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
