A day on the slopes of Sterling Forest is just what you need, and New Sebago Beach is a beach close by that you can explore. While you're here at Third Reservoir you can play some golf at Minisceongo Golf Club; a brilliant beach close by is Old Sebago Beach. paddling is Ramapo River. While you're here at Third Reservoir you can take a hike along the Woodtown Trail; Third Reservoir is a brilliant spot to camp, Camp wabenaki is a brilliant spot. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to
Third Reservoir; the overnight is slightly chillier of course, generally in the 60's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Third Reservoir. Rockland Motel is
a good location to get some rest; if the weather is great, you can go for a hike along the Breakneck Ridge Trail. Stay the night at Robert Moses; the skiing at Mt. Peter is delightful. This lake is so wonderful.
