This lake is so wonderful. Through the summer months at Tercia Pond temperatures are usually in the 80's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 60's. Highs through the winter are ordinarily in the 30's, and overnight lows during the wintertime for Tercia Pond tend to be in the 10's. Tercia Pond ordinarily gets a large amount of rain; during the month of May you get the most rain around       here, and January on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Why not spend some time golfing at a nearby golf course like Pleasantville Country Club, and Tercia Pond is a great place to visit for more than one day, Soundview Sports is a great place to camp nearby. That right there is a lot already, but it continues; Tercia Pond has it all. A perfect close by hotel is Edith Macy Conference Center, and Heaptaugua Lake is a nearby lake that                  you could check out. Do schedule some time to go to Pleasantville Cove in the neighborhood of Tercia Pond if you have a chance, and you can stay the night at Camp Echo Lake. You'll meet a lot of folks from Poughkeepsie-Newburgh-Middletown here, and you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Thunder Ridge since you're here. Going for a hike on the Appalachian National Scenic Trail is always a pleasant adventure; a lake close by is Whippoorwill Lake.
