Summer brings highs in the 70's to Tannersville Reservoirs. All through the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 20's, and during the dark hours in the winter at       Tannersville Reservoirs temperatures descend to the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Tannersville Reservoirs without first checking out Star Rock, and if you like skiing, you're in luck; Hunter Mountain is reasonably near. This lake is so wonderful. There's whitewater on Saw Kill River for all you adrenaline rush seekers; you'll stumble on a beautiful lake called Lake Rip Van Winkle. Tannersville Reservoirs gets a typical amount of yearly rainfall;                  May is when you get the most rain here; February meanwhile is the driest month. A golf course near Tannersville Reservoirs is Colonial Country Club, and Windham Mountain is a splendid local ski area. Having a brilliant time in the Catskill Mountains is easy. Tannersville Reservoirs is a great location to camp, White Birches is a great location, and there are great sites to discover along the Phoenicia Trail. After a long day outdoors Winwood Inn is a great spot to spend a night or two, and there is a tremendous hiking trail close by called the Spruceton Trail. There's just no way somebody can get bored here at Tannersville Reservoirs. Allen Brook is close to Tannersville Reservoirs and is always a pleasure to have a look at. Any time is a splendid time at Tannersville Reservoirs if you fancy the outdoors. Camping at Tannersville Reservoirs is good fun, Doherty's Mountain Campground is a good local campground, and going for a hike on the Willow Trail is always a brilliant adventure. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors amusing things the Catskill Mountains has to offer.
