All the water falling down from the sky makes Sylvan Springs Reservoir a wet site; the month with most of the rain is November, and July meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Fort Stanwix National Monument is a great national park, and after a long day outdoors Oneida Super 8 Motel is a delightful location to spend a night or two. Mill Stream is a wonderful local stream.
