Go for a hike on the The Loop, and close to Sunny Pond you find a golf course called Clifton-Fine Golf Course. Summer at Sunny Pond comes with high temperatures       in the 70's while night lows are commonly in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's, and nighttime lows throughout the winter for Sunny Pond tend to be in the 0's. You're perhaps hooked on lakes, Nicks Pond is one of those nearby; get your heart beating on the delightful whitewater of Little River.
