    In New York there are many beautiful lakes, Sucker Pond is one of them. The Adirondack Mountains scenery is always beautiful. If you're here at Sucker Pond, you could visit Big Brook, and West Canada Creek has a splendid whitewater paddling spot close by. If you go for the outdoors you'll go for it here in the Adirondack Mountains. Adirondack Gateway Campground is a great local campground, and going for a hike on the California Trail is always a nice adventure.
 
   This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are splendid; Little Salmon Lake is a lake that's near Sucker Pond, and whitewater paddling is perfect on West Canada Creek - South Branch. At Sucker Pond through the days of summer highs are in the 70's, and the overnight is quite colder of course, ordinarily in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's, and overnight lows at Sucker Pond all through the wintertime regularly sink into the 0's. This site  
               is great, just explore all the cool stuff to do in the neighborhood of Sucker Pond. McCauley Mountain is a perfect local ski area, and you can go for a hike on the Party Trail.
This lake is so wonderful. Knights Inn Little Falls is a nice location to get some rest. Near Sucker Pond you discover the Twin Lakes Trail which is a tremendous hiking trail, and you're perhaps addicted to lakes, Threemile Vly is one of those nearby. All the water falling down from the sky makes Sucker Pond a wet place; the wettest month of the year is usually August, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest month is February.
You'll in fact wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the cool things in the Adirondack Mountains. Take a look at close by Mile Vly; if you came for an overnight stay OLD Forge Camping Resort is a pleasant place to camp.
