Sucker Lake is a lake worth visiting. Through the summer months highs here at Sucker Lake get into the 70's with night lows in the 50's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 20's; winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Sucker Lake. This lake is so wonderful. In the event that you don't mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Oswegatchie River - East Branch, and Mud Pond is a nearby lake that you could take a look at. Just can't

A round of golf at nearby Sayles John M Memorial Golf Course is a wonderful way to kill some time, and if the weather is pleasant, you can go for a hike along the Post Henderson Trail. A lake nearby is Rock Lake, and on a great day you can take a hike along the Salmon Lake Trail. a nice whitewater spot in close proximity to Sucker Lake, and one of the main traits of the surroundings of Sucker Lake is Panther Mountain.
