Go to Stuart Lake if you want to go to a nice lake. Stuart Lake sees pretty high levels of rainfall; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain while February is generally the driest month. There's so much to do here at Stuart Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Twin Islands Campsite is a brilliant place for that; if the weather is delightful, you obtain a pleasant view of Baxter Mountain from Stuart Lake.
