A visit to Stone Ridge Pond is always a good idea. Why not camp at So-hi Campground while you're here at Stone Ridge Pond, and charming scenery and great skiing is what you obtain at Hunter Mountain. During the summer months, highs ordinarily are in the 70's at Stone Ridge Pond, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Highs through the wintertime are ordinarily in the 20's with temperatures at Stone Ridge Pond dipping down into the 0's during

| | winter nights. Go for a hike on the Kanape Jeep Trail; a splendid nearby hotel is Sparrowhawk Affaires. This lake is so wonderful. Stone Ridge Pond is not far at all from Kingston, and you'll come across a scenic lake called Fifth Lake. Some close by water includes Stony Creek; hiking is a popular thing to do around Stone Ridge Pond; Phoenicia Trail is a splendid local trail. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this place. neighborhood of Stone Ridge Pond, it's a pretty lake; after a long day outdoors Mohonk Mountain House is a splendid place to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the Willow Trail, and camping
is available at Camp Huntington. Whitewater paddling is good on Rondout Creek, and Stone Dock Golf Course is a magnificent golf course close by. Stone Ridge Pond gets much water; November is the month that gets the most rain; February on the other hand is the driest.
