It's always fun to stop by Stone Ridge Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Mohonk Mountain House is a nice spot to get some rest. You'll meet a lot of people from Kingston here, and close by you hit upon the Willow Trail which is a great hiking trail. Stone Ridge Pond gets a lot of water; of all the months in a year November is the one with the most rain while February is usually the driest month.

This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Phoenicia Trail is always a tremendous adventure, and skiing
at Windham Mountain is one of those things you just have to do. There's whitewater on Rondout Creek for all you adrenaline kick people; dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Motel - New Paltz, Ny. And that's not all you can do here at
Stone Ridge Pond. Visit Stony Creek if you're here at Stone Ridge Pond. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Stone Ridge Pond has to offer, you can camp at So-hi Campground.
