Stillson Pond is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. At Stillson Pond you can spot Hoxie Hill; get yourself into a kayak and hit Cattaraugus Creek. Gotta ski! Holimont is a good spot to do that, and if you came for an overnight stay Kinzua Lake Campgrounds is a good location to camp. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Red Roof Inns Jamestown, and good hiking is available along the Trail Number 10. Through the warm days of summer at Stillson Pond highs are typically in the 80's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 60's. For the duration of the winter this place gets highs in the 30's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Stillson Pond plunge into the 10's. The | |
