Very striking scenery and fine skiing is what you get at Mount Pisgah, and Spring Pond is brilliant enough to spend more than a day at, Legton is a brilliant local campground. For the duration of the summer months at Spring Pond temperatures are typically in the 70's while nighttime lows are usually in the 50's. All through the winter highs are in the 20's; winter       nights come with lows in the 0's to Spring Pond. Here at Spring Pond you can see Catamount Peak, and Twin Ponds is a nearby lake that you could check out. This lake is so wonderful. If you come at the right time of year, Meacham Lake Outlet offers some wonderful whitewater; a glorious nearby hotel is Econo Lodge Malone. The yearly precipitation here at Spring Pond is about average; August is when you get the most rain here while January is ordinarily the                  driest month. What would winter be without some skiing at Titus Mountain, and do take a look at Lake Frances, it's a beautiful lake. Don't try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a pleasant time here at Spring Pond. There's so much to do here at Spring Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Deer River Campsites is a perfect place for that; lots of folks from Malone come here.
