Spring Lake beyond doubt is in the middle of a pretty outdoors paradise. On a nice day at Spring Lake you can take a hike along the Taconic Skyline Trail, and hey, Gotta ski right? Mount Greylock Ski Club is a glorious site to do that. Get soaked paddling on Green River; everyone nearby loves skiing at Jiminy Peak. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Jiminy Peak is a splendid choice; a forest close       by is Capital District Forest And Game Refuge. Spring Lake gets a common amount of rainfall; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. While you're here at Spring Lake you can take a hike along the Southeast Hollow Trail, and a delightful nearby hotel is Jericho Valley Inn. This lake is so wonderful. You're sure to bump into some wonderful people from Pittsfield here, and get                  yourself into a kayak and hit Poesten Kill River. There is a perfect hiking trail near Spring Lake called the Brickhouse Mountain Trail, and Alps Family Campground is a glorious campground here. For the period of the summertime highs here at Spring Lake reach the 80's while night lows are mostly in the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Spring Lake are in the 10's.
