Throughout the warm days of summer here at Spring Lake, high temperatures commonly get into the 70's. Summer nighttime lows plunge down to the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Spring Lake are in the 0's. Man, is there a heap of fun things to do in the Adirondack Mountains. Camp Cherokee is a good campground nearby; since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always explore nearby Clear Lake. Spring Lake is located in the Adirondack Mountains. Inn is a magnificent place to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. Spring Lake is a site with many visitors from Malone; if you need a place to stay THE HOTEL SARANAC is a fine choice. This lake is so wonderful. Good
hiking is available along the McKenzie Pond Trail. You can run the rapids of Meacham Lake Outlet in close proximity to Spring Lake, and not far from Spring Lake you'll come across Forestmere Lakes which is a picturesque lake. The
amount of rain that falls at Spring Lake is close to the national average; the month with most of the rain is August while January is frequently the driest month. Spring Lake is a good place to visit for more than one day, Donaldson George A and Sons is a good place to camp nearby, and Mount Pisgah is a great local ski area.
