Sperry Pond is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. For the period of the summer at Sperry Pond temperatures are ordinarily in the 70's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Sperry Pond. Yeah, come here to Sperry Pond for a fine time. A good place for whitewater paddling close to Sperry Pond is Round Lake Outlet. This lake is so wonderful. Sperry Pond

| | is delightful enough to spend more than a day at, Whispering woods is a delightful local campground; there is a delightful hiking trail nearby called the Northville Lake Placid Trail.
After a long day outdoors Woodlake Inn is a great spot to spend a night or two, and from Sperry Pond you get a fine vista of Buck Mountain. And that's not all you can do here in the Adirondack Mountains. There's so much to do here at Sperry Pond that you need to camp here | |

for a while, Long Lake Camp is a glorious place for that, and Bog River is a tremendous whitewater spot nearby. Sperry Pond is not the only location nearby, Upper Cat Pond is a nearby lake, and while you're here, you could visit Sperry
Brook.
The Adirondack Mountains scenery is always beautiful. Sperry Pond regularly gets a good deal of rainfall; most of the rain falls throughout August; February meanwhile is the driest month.
