A visit to Snyder Pond is always a good idea. This lake is so wonderful. You have to have a look at Carpenters Point when you're here at Snyder Pond, and there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Mountain Creek. the peak of Point Peter can be seen from Snyder Pond. You absolutely ought to like Snyder Pond. If you don't mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Clove Brook, and Reservoir Number One is a magnificent lake
nearby. Snyder Pond gets much water; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month is February.
