So much amusing stuff to do in the Adirondack Mountains, not enough time. While you're here at Sly Pond you can take a hike along the Berrymile Pond Trail, and the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Willard Mountain. This lake is so wonderful. Put some time aside to spend at Buttermilk Falls if you're here at Sly Pond, and after a long day outdoors The Sagamore is a great       spot to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. Lots of folks from Glens Falls come to Sly Pond, and a lake close by is The Three Ponds. If you come at the right time of year, Hudson River offers some good whitewater. Sly Pond is one of the lakes here in the Adirondack Mountains. The amount of rain that falls at Sly Pond is close to the national average; August is the month that gets the most rain, and January is when it's the driest. Camping                  at Ledgeview Village RV Park is always a splendid experience; a round of golf at nearby Queensbury C C Golf Course is a great way to kill some time. If only every place had this much outdoors amusing stuff, what a great earth it would be. Camping is available at Ledgeview RV Park; West Mountain is a very popular ski area close by. This spot, the Adirondack Mountains, has so much outdoors exciting things. The Treadway Mountain Trail is a great hiking trail close to Sly Pond; dry warm beds await you at Blue Lagoon on Lake Georg. If the weather is perfect here at Sly Pond, you can go for a hike along the Lost Pond Trail, and Sly Pond is not the only spot close by, Inman Pond is a close by lake. For the duration of the months of summer here at Sly Pond, high temperatures frequently get into the 70's with overnight lows in the 50's.
