So many amusing things to do here at Slender Pond, too nice to be true. McCauley Mountain is a pleasant local ski area. Slender Pond is a beautiful lake in the Adirondack Mountains. Here at Slender Pond you can spot Cat Mountain, and you can have a nice hiking adventure along the Big Deer Pond Trail. The annual rain here at Slender Pond is about average; the month with most of the rain is August, and the driest month       of the year is February. This lake is so wonderful. A nice site to camp here at Slender Pond is Robinson's Iga; since you're here you can take a hike along the Sixmile Creek Trail. High temperatures at Slender Pond through the days of summer are in the 70's while nighttime lows are mostly in the 50's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 20's while Slender Pond overnight low temperatures throughout the wintertime are in the 0's. Going                  for a hike along the The Loop will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood, and while you're here, you could also take a look at picturesque Ash Pond. All the outdoors fun stuff in the Adirondack Mountains will keep you coming back time and again.
