Do explore Katz Pond near Silver Lake, it's a beautiful lake, and camping at Hilltop Farm Campsites is always a splendid experience. If you came to camp Lazy G Campgrounds is a delightful place to do that, and a glorious nearby hotel is VALLEY BROOK INN AND COTTAGES. East Pond is a nearby       lake that you could pop by; there's magnificent hiking along the Peenpack Trail. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a spot to stay The Lodge at Rock Hill is a splendid choice, and if you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Lochmor Golf Course is nearby. Summertime highs at Silver Lake ordinarily tend to be in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 50's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 20's with                  temperatures at Silver Lake dipping down into the 10's through winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. The Seager West Branch Trail offers hiking at its best. This spot is so good, just look at all the fun stuff to do near Silver Lake. Sandburg Creek is a magnificent whitewater spot close to Silver Lake, and Holiday Mountain is a tremendous local ski area.
