Sidney Reservoir is great enough to spend more than a day at, Tall Pines Riverfront Campground Canoeing & Country Store is a great local campground; the peak of Dingman Hill can be observed from Sidney Reservoir. After a long day outdoors Sidney Super 8 Motel is a nice place to spend a night or two, and why not spend some time golfing at a nearby golf course like Sidney Golf & Country Club. This lake is so wonderful.       Some nearby water includes Guilford Creek, and a great location to camp here at Sidney Reservoir is Riverside RV Campground. Summertime at Sidney Reservoir arrives with high temperatures in the 80's; during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's; night lows at Sidney Reservoir during the wintertime mostly drop into the 10's. From a precipitation point of view Sidney Reservoir is a reasonably typical                  place; June is the wettest month with most rain; the driest month is February. I can't stop, cause I'm havin' a splendid time here at Sidney Reservoir. If you don't mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Ouleout Creek.
