A good site for whitewater paddling in close proximity to Siamese Ponds is Georgia Brook, and since you're here at Siamese Ponds it's a tremendous idea to have a look at Curtis Clearing. A typical amount of rain falls here at Siamese Ponds; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Summer at Siamese Ponds comes       with high temperatures in the 70's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. Daytime highs all through the winter are in the 20's; winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Siamese Ponds. Whohoo, so much amusing stuff in one place! The Adirondack Mountains is great! You'll stumble on a lovely lake called North Pond near Siamese Ponds, and you get a wonderful sight of County Line Mountain from here. Now, you may believe that's loads but there's even                  more amusing things to do here in the Adirondack Mountains. On a magnificent day at Siamese Ponds you can take a hike along the Hamilton Mountain Fire Tower Trail, and great skiing awaits you at Gore Mountain. And if that's not enough, there's lots more to do in close proximity to Siamese Ponds. Camping is available at Rainbows End, and the Sucker Brook Trail is a great hiking trail close by. This lake is so wonderful. The good folks of Gloversville like to hang out nearby. This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is great here at Siamese Ponds, you can go for a hike along the Oregon Trail, and in the event that you don't mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Sacandaga River - East Branch.
