Rondout Creek; you can have a good hiking adventure along the Willow Trail. This lake is so wonderful. The summit of Fly Mountain can be made out from Second Lake; if you're here, you could also pop by charming Binnewater Lakes.
The high level of rain makes Second Lake a relatively wet site; most of the rain falls all through November; the driest month is February.
