Saint John Lake gets a normal amount of precipitation; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain while February is commonly the driest month. Don't stop me now, cause I'm havin' a wonderful time here at Saint John Lake. A lake nearby is Little Pond, and hey, Halfway Brook is a tremendous local stream. The warmest time of the year at Saint John Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 70's.       Through the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 50's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 20's while Saint John Lake night low temperatures through the winter are in the 0's. This lake is located in the wonderful Adirondack Mountains. There's whitewater on Stony Creek for all you adrenaline rush seekers; Sacandaga Campground is a wonderful campground nearby. So many cool things to do here in the Adirondack Mountains, too tremendous to be true. Thousand                  Acres Golf Club is a golf course right next door to Saint John Lake. Gore Mountain has great slopes and a friendly staff, and you can run the rapids of Roaring Branch. Man, is there a load of entertaining things to do in the Adirondack Mountains. If you need a place to stay Lake George/Warrensburg Super 8 Motel is a wonderful choice; if the weather is nice, you can go for a hike along the Oregon Trail. This lake is so wonderful.
