Sage Pond is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. There's just no way anyone can get bored here at Sage Pond. You should definitely visit stunning Atlantic Beach since you're here at Sage Pond, and if you have the time, Gateway National Recreation Area is a national park worth going to. Sage Pond is a good spot to visit for more than one day, Brookwood Camps is a good spot to camp nearby; if you want to hit the beach, Hicks Beach is

| | nearby. Crooked Creek is an out of the ordinary swamp close to Sage Pond.
Throughout the summer highs here at Sage Pond reach the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. High temperatures throughout the wintertime are normally in the 30's, and night lows all through the wintertime for Sage Pond tend to be in the 20's. Sage Pond gets a lot of water; November is the month that gets the most rain, and February on the other hand is the driest. | |

Dry warm beds await you at Allegria Hotel and Spa, and there are plenty of people from New York-Newark-Edison here at Sage Pond.
You'll need more than a day to explore everything Sage Pond has to offer, you can camp at Camp Mesorah;
after a long day outdoors Five Towns Motor Inn is a tremendous site to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. Take a little tour to Bannister Creek since you're here at Sage Pond; you should stop at Bannister Bay when you're here.
