You're probably hooked on lakes, Lake Kora is one of those close by, and drift down the rapids of Moose River - South Branch in a kayak. Sagamore Lake sees pretty high levels of rain; August is the month that gets the most rain; February meanwhile is the driest month. So much entertaining stuff to do here at Sagamore Lake, too pleasant to be true. Tioga Point State Campground is       a great campground nearby, and there is a pleasant hiking trail close by called the Sucker Brook Trail. There's no way anybody can get bored here in the Adirondack Mountains. This is a magnificent area for folks who like lakes. Raquette Lake is a lake in close proximity; hey, East Inlet is a pleasant local stream. Throughout the summertime months highs here at Sagamore Lake get into the 70's. Summer nighttime lows plunge down to the 50's. Daytime highs through                  the wintertime are in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Sagamore Lake are in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is one of the great places here in the Adirondack Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Browns Tract Pond State Campground, and beautiful scenery and great skiing is what you get at McCauley Mountain. Going for a hike on the Northville Lake Placid Trail is always a good adventure; beaches are great and Silver Beach is no exception.
