Really perfect skiing awaits you at Woods Valley, and you're sure to run into some nice people from Utica-Rome here. This place, Round       Pond, it clearly has so much outdoors fun stuff. Otter Lake is a nearby lake that you could take a look at, and there are great places to look at along the Twin Lakes Trail. Just can't get enough of the Adirondack Mountains. Why not camp at Cold Brook Campsites since you're here at Round Pond, and if you're here, you could go to Otter Lake Outlet. Going for a hike on the Forty Mountain Trail is always a glorious adventure, and in case you don’t have a problem                  getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Moose River. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Moose River Camp Grounds is a splendid place to camp. This lake is so wonderful. Near Round Pond you locate the Stone Dam Trail which is a tremendous hiking trail, and skiing at McCauley Mountain is one of those things you just must do.
