Why not stop by Round Pond if you're passing through these parts. High temperatures at Round Pond during the summer are in the 80's. Through the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 30's with temperatures at Round Pond dipping down into the 10's throughout winter nights. Whitewater paddling is great on Ten Mile River; Long Pond Lake Family Campgrounds is a delightful campground here. Stay the night at Interlake

So much entertaining stuff to do at Round Pond, so little time. Le Chambord is a perfect location to get some rest, and get wet paddling on Roeliff Jansen Kill River.
